Bibliography (1337-1815)

This bibliography is in progress.  It will cover studies from about 1337 to 1815.  The first six of eight planned chapters are complete.  Chapter 7 (in progress) will cover  1715-1789 followed by Chapter 8 (1789-1815).  New studies, essays, and journal articles will be added to the completed chapters.  The author would appreciate information regarding any works that would be useful, but are not included, in this bibliography.
